Hello everyone, my husband and I have a one bedroom suit available for rent in Cobble Hill. Rent is $1000 per month, and includes internet. Hydro is shared - tenant's portion is $50 per person per month.
The suit has its own covered deck, private entrance, fenced yard, and parking space. A small herb garden has been planted and there is space for a raised garden bed. New lawn is in progress. Suit shares laundry with main house.
No pets. Absolutely no smoking of any kind.
We are looking for a tenant/tenants who are relatively quiet and will take care of their space. :)
