We have our 5th wheel set up at a mobile home park in Mesa Arizona. Site has complete privacy and ample parking. Rent is very reasonable as we currently pay $1350.00 for the winter months ( Nov/March ) and $525.00 for storage during the summer months ( April/Oct ). Stays on site during storage. This includes water and septic, garbage and recycling pick up and full use of common facilities -heated pool and hot tub, games room,gym etc... The unit is 2005 35 ft Montana with 3 slides.
