WANTED: place to put tiny shelter in Cobble Hill, British Columbia

Hi, I'm looking for a piece of land where I could put up a shelter. There are two parts there are two rooms that are both four by 8 by 6 feet high. Anywhere outside of the city would be fine for me.
They draw one cord at 15 amps for the heater and a second cord for the computer and light Etc
Most likely outdoor shower and outdoor compost toilet will be set up and the compost toilet legally goes into very thick bags and can be put in the regular garbage.
