Up for sale is my SUPER RARE 1985 Suzuki GSX-R-400 collector bike.
These bikes were never sold in Canada back in 1985; this one has been imported from Japan.
Featuring a liquid cooled 4 cylinder engine producing 59hp in a super light chassis (334 lbs) with very advanced (for the time) suspension and brakes, the GSX-R 400 was actually launched one year before the original GSX-R 750. This bike was cutting edge and shared all the technology with its well-known large brothers (GSX-R 750 and 1100).
Bike starts and runs great, and while certainly not perfect, it is in decent shape for its age, everything working the way it should.
Recent tires, chain, sprockets. Bike has a Yoshimura 4>1 exhaust system. Shop manual on CD-ROM is included.
