Selling my beautiful Ducati Hypermotard 1100s! One of the most AWESOME bikes Ducati has ever built.
I am a journeyman Motorcycle Mechanic, and Certified Riding Instructor. This bike has been in my collection for about 5 years now, and been an absolute pleasure to own and ride.
I just completed a FULL service, including a valve adjustment, new cam belts, synthetic oil change, new fuel pump, etc.
I have all the details documented. This bike will not need another service for the next 12,000 kms.
Custom Tuneboy ECU map has been installed, making this bike run more smoothly and powerfully.
Only ridden for just over 1800km a year since new...this is WAY better than anything that has been left sitting at any point. Properly stored every winter in heated storage. 2008 was the first year of the 1100s, and it is still considered by many to be the best Hypermotard Ducati ever made. One ride is enough to see why.
The bike is in overall excellent condition cosmetically (9/10), and just as good mechanically (9/10). You will not be disappointed.
Runs perfectly, needs nothing, is ready to go right now.
Only selling because I have been told I need to downsize my collection...:-/
The bike comes with a rear 'race stand' to simplify maintenance.
Custom paint.
The 'S' model means it has an Ohlins shock, Marzzochi forks, forged Marchesini wheels, lots of carbon fibre, Brembo brakes, this bike has the best of the best. Only weighs 370 lbs, and feels even lighter.
