The suite has a floor-to-ceiling river rock fireplace with woodstove, hardwood floors, natural slate-tiled eating bar, and 10 foot ceilings. The windows look out over your own private patio and garden/yard area, and the horse pasture. The 14x14 bedroom is carpeted, and the extremely large bathroom has double sink granity vanity with a walk-in tiled shower with its own window (no tub).
Hydro/cable is included, but firewood for the woodstove is at your expense. An additional landline is available for $9.95/month from Shaw. There is parking for 2 vehicles, and your own private entry through double French doors. Access to laundry is in the main laundry room upstairs.
The rent is for an unfurnished suite; if you require it furnished, the rent will rise accordingly.
The suite is available now, or for December 1st/January 1st. References a must. No pets and non-smokers only please.
