FREE Leaser wanted for my Horse in Cobble Hill, British Columbia for sale

Looking for an experienced horse person to come out to our barn in Cobble Hill and spend some time with my gelding. I say experienced because I am not wanting someone to set him back as he has come a very long way with his training this past year, and I would like to keep it that way. I am not able to ride him right now due to being pregnant with my second child, so I will be looking for a long term person to lease him. This is a FREE lease so no fee to ride, but some basic barn chores will be required on your lease days and I will be requiring his leaser take a weekly lesson with my coach. She charges $40 for a 1 hour private lesson. There is a large sand round pen on our property for basic riding/lunging & ground work... and tons of trails near by such as Cobble Hill MT and the Quarry. I also have a trailer and am more than happy to take you to a ring for your lessons or to any horse shows you may wish to attend.
Spartan is a 7 year old, 15.3 Canadian X gelding. He is very well trained and behaived, is safe and fun to be around. His foundation of training is Parelli natural horsemanship... so he will need a leaser that is familiar with natural horsemanship or is atleast willing to learn about it. Im super flexible on the terms of the lease in regards to days you come out, but ideally id like a committed amount of days per week. I use him for basic dressage and trail riding, but he has had some experience with jumping and loved it. He is a all round great horse for either the person who enjoys showing and wishes to further there skill or just wants a pleasure mount.
