Catalina 27 Sailboat with 8HP Yamaha and Dinghy in Cobble Hill, British Columbia for sale

Late seventies Catalina 27 with 4-stroke Yamaha high-thrust electric start outboard in excellent condition, propane heater, alcohol stove, navigation, radio, solar panel, 12V battery, auto-tiller, very good sails. Everything functional and ready for a self-sufficient sailor or even live-aboard. No musty smells, no leaks.
Bought this last year in spring, lived on it for a few months and have not used it since. It deserves a more devoted owner.
Any issues (there always something to fix on a sailboat) are minor. The halyard of the mainsail needs renewal, the boat could do with a new bottom paint, the light on the top of the mast does not work and some other cosmetic maintenance required. One or the other thing I could still do for the new owner.
Comes with nice zodiac-type dinghy with oars.
The boat is called Even Keel and is Moored in the Cherry Point marina. Moorage is 240 dollars a month there.
