61' 1972 Hatteras 61 Yacht Fisherman in Cobble Hill, British Columbia for sale

Custom 61' Hatteras Yacht. This is a stock 53' Hatteras with a cockpit extension added by Philbrooks Boat Yard in 1996 which makes this a 61' Hatteras. Also, in 1996 the fuel capacity was increased with the addition of two 120 gallon aluminum tanks. The extension also incorporated both a port boarding door in the cockpit and an aft door for access to the swim grid and transom boarding. One of the great parts of adding the extension was the enclosure of the aft shelter deck and converting it into a private lounge with a wet bar and fridge/freezer.
The 1996 refit at Philbrooks included completely painting the vessel exterior with Awlgrip. Bow and stern thrusters were installed in 2006 and engine room sound proofing.
